Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
SayGday.ai is operated by HEAR.IS Pty Ltd (ABN 37 702 004 608). SayGday.ai is the company’s registered business name. These terms explain the website assistant service. Businesses already using the original FAQ widget will also find their service-specific details below.
1. The website assistant service
SayGday.ai provides an AI assistant for your business website, a client account and a dashboard for customer conversations and enquiries. It uses business information you approve. Phone answering, social messaging, automatic bookings and connected business tools are planned upgrades, not part of the current self-service website release.
Website design, hosting and pilot services are provided where separately agreed with you.
2. Your content
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us, and you must only ask us to use content and websites you own or are authorised to represent. Keep your approved answers and business settings up to date. Only add information intended for customers to your public business profile and answers.
3. Pricing & billing
Review the price, usage limits and billing terms for your plan before activation. Creating an account or using a private preview does not start automatic billing. A new business gets its first 14 days on its website free: the period starts the day the chat button first appears on the website, no card is taken and nothing is charged automatically. When a free period ends, the Standard price applies only if you choose to pay: nothing is charged unless you start a paid subscription through checkout, and while payments are not yet available your assistant keeps running. Connected platform pilot terms, optional integrations and website plans are agreed separately.
Check your plan details and any available billing controls in your dashboard. For billing, cancellation or refund questions, email hello@saygday.ai from your account email. The terms agreed for your plan apply. Services connected through your own provider accounts may have charges under your agreement with those providers.
The existing billing and cancellation terms for the original FAQ service are set out below.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use SayGday.ai to break the law, to mislead people, or to publish content you don't have the rights to. We may decline or discontinue service for content of that kind.
5. Answers and enquiries
The website platform can use a configured AI service to match a question to approved answers or write a short reply from them, or pass the question to your team. It can also read the public pages of the website you give us to prepare draft answers; drafts stay private until you approve them. You're responsible for reviewing the answers you approve. AI can make mistakes; test important answers and keep your information current.
Enquiries are saved for the business to review. The current self-service website assistant does not confirm bookings, produce binding quotes or perform connected-provider actions. Those capabilities are planned upgrades.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SayGday.ai is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
9. Contact

For businesses on the original FAQ service
This section applies to the legacy FAQ chatbot, not a new self-service website assistant plan. The original widget selects from its approved answers in the visitor's browser. Its public business configuration is maintained through GitHub and published with the website.
For an existing legacy FAQ chatbot plan, the price and billing period already agreed with you apply. You can cancel that plan any time by emailing us; your chatbot stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, and no future charges are made. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
For help with an existing FAQ plan, email hello@saygday.ai.
